hi. I have multiplus 48/3000/35-50 which even after firmware flash ( 2620459.vff) is not giving any voltage on AC OUT terminals even inverter on led is green. Voltage is present on little screw above cable terminals as showing on the picture below. can it be transport issue as it is new inverter ? something with a relay ? 
yes yes AC OUT 1 terminals = NO VOLTAGE (green led inverter ON )
small screw above terminal = voltage 230 V AC
it was planned to be 3 phase system (where 2 x multi 3kW were added to existing multi 3kW same model ). all was wired and ve bus configurator used but voltage was not present on AC OUT terminals. After firmware flash and treating each of those multi separatly, having cleared ve configure (clear after flash ) with no assistants it is same thing. Green LED "inverter ON" is lighting but no voltage on cable terminals
Can you check the terminal screws are fully tightened before testing?
Yes 100% ! And i have 2 inverters like this (from same transport ). Third one is working fine (it was on site before ) . Anytime inverter ON green led light voltage should be there - correct ? Thanks
guys help - green light is ON (INVERTER ON) than means voltage SHOULD BE present on AC OUT 1 theminals - correct ? there is no other way that when green light is on there is no voltage there ? thank you
