VE Direct Smart shows no Soc or V

Hi, my VE direct smart app is no Soc or Volts from x2 120ah leisure batteries. However, my starter battery IS showing the current soc … I don’t have a starter batt or even know what one is ! How do I config the app to swap from the starter to the main battery ? Thanks

you probably have the red voltage sense wire plugged into the aux input rather than the main input.
