REC firmware

Reading the REC manual, I see you go to www.victronenergy.com/live/updateing firmware:ware:updating ve.bus products

I went there and got this message: You don't have permission to access this resource.

What gives? Can anyone point me to a windows laptop website for the REC-Active firmware updates?

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 190.8 MiB each and 286.6 MiB total.

Victron doesn’t supply firmware for third party devices, only its own which can be done automatically remotely via vrm, VC app or downloaded.

You will need to consult the manufacturer.
