Stored data in app not available

I have a BMV-712 smart, plus a Smartsolar 75/15 and neither are showing stored data in the trends tab which I’ve recently learned is a new feature. Both devices are on latest firmware and I can see the live data as normal, but no historical data is shown. Please help, this looks like a very useful feature

Thx. I tried this and it worked! I simply clicked “clear all data” and it started recording. This worked on both my BMV-712 and my Smart Solar MPPT.
