BMV 702 will drop to 0% SOC even if voltage shows 13,4 volt (LifePo4)

I have a 202Ah LifePo4 battery (non Victron, sorry), A Victron smart charger, and a BMV 702 with Bluetooth dongle. I got my settings for the BMV 702 from here: https://battlebornbatteries.com/configure-victron-bmv-700-bluetooth-dongle/

I changed 100 Ah for 202 Ah of course, but all settings are the same.

The BMV will not synchronize to 100% by itself, only by hand. Then the SOC slowly drops to 0% in a few weeks, even is the system is connected to a charger (set to Lithium profile). The BMV does show the correct voltage (13,4)

What am I doing wrong ?

First question is...

What's connected to the battery negative terminal?

If there's anything but the shunt, move it to the load side of the shunt.

Can you post a wiring diagram? Or find one exactly like yours?

Post an image of your battery and charger parameters.
