2 temperature sensors to control one temperature control relay

I would like to use 2 Ruuvi temperature sensors to do an "If, then" situation with a fan relay. I would like my temperature relay to trigger if sensor one is above X temperature and sensor 2 is above Y temperature. For example, if the electronics compartment sensor is above 90 degrees AND the outside temperature sensor is above 60 degrees trigger temperature relay 1. I want to blow the hot air from the compartment out in the summer only. Is this possible?

I did something similar using an Arduino.

I'll move this to the modifications space and try to find my post on it.

I have very little experience coding. I looked at the Arduino but I have no idea where I would start.
