Victron EV Charger does not detect connected vehicle

Yesterday I charged my vehicle perfectly for more than 4 hours. Today when trying to charge the vehicle again, the "disconnected" message appears when I connect the cable from my car to the charger.

I have restarted the charger but it doesn't work.

My vehicle does detect that the cable is connected, but the charger can't seem to get communication with the vehicle.

Sometimes the "waiting to start" message appears but after a second the "disconnected" message appears again

I can't charge my vehicle in any way.

What can I do?


I'm on v1.24-beta-2/4.3 firmware.

Thanks to @Lucian Popescu (Victron Energy Staff) I managed to solve the problem.


Apparently it was a charger calibration fault. Now my vehicle is charging perfectly.


As explained in the manual, the charger must be calibrated in case the vehicle is not detected.
