Venus OS to latest

So I'm running a pi 3b with v 2.90-10 on it auto installed via updates. It now says error when checking for updates. Am I assuming that as 2.90-10 was probably based on 2.89 I now have to reimage to go to the release version of 2.9x?

Thanks in advance

Steve

Yes, sometime during the v2.90 beta test the RPI kernel was updated. Moving to the newer kernel requires refreshing the SD card.

If you are running SetupHelper, you can back up your settings, flash the SD card, reinstall SetupHelper then restore your previous settings. Might save you some time. Note not all settings are backed up and restored but it's at least a start.
