I ned to change charging profile since it charges with 14.8v. I have connected via USB MK3. It finds the Multiplus but says "firmeware version is not supported, use VEFlash to update to version 200 or later." Serial number: 11300404019. CMP 121620000. How do I get that update??
You need "VE Configuration tools for VE.Bus Products" that is available from the Victron Downloads page.
Be warned, you can damage your product should something go wrong, or if you dont read and follow the supplied instructions.
Thank you for answer, but I am already using the "configuration tools" It is when I connect using the tools that I get informed to upgrade firmware using VEFlash. How do I upgrade??

Have a peek inside your multi. The lower chip sticker denotes 3 things.
The first 2 digits denotes processor/voltage output. 26 = large processor / 240vac output
The next 2 digits denotes model #. 12 - 1600 - 70
The last 3 digits denotes the firmware version at product manufacture.
Veflash will tell you the installed version, so it's easy to find the family it belongs to.
