MPPT 75/10 reads 40.01V Battery Voltage for a 12V battery

I have a Victron MPPT 75/10 with firmware v1.59 which is only connected to a 12V lead acid battery and VictronConnect over VEbus. As you can see below, the battery voltage is reading 40.01 volts. Interestingly the reported battery voltage does not change, irrespective of the actual battery voltage.

When I connect a panel to the PV input the PV voltage also reads way high (78volts when I measure 20V with multimeter). When the panel voltage changes the reading over VE bus does change (it just continues to read about 3.9 times too high).

I have tried changing the fuse. Tried different battery cables. Tried resetting the MPPT to defaults in VictronConnect. I guess my MPPT is broken.

Has anyone seen that before?
