Color control gx goes completely blank after it has been running for a couple of months. I have had two customers that had the exact same issue. What could be the cause and what could be done?

all you can do is return them for a warranty replacement - if the screen does not turn on with a power reset. I presume that the units are on the latest 2.84 Firmware . if not the remote log in and update the firmware. and see if this fixes them first
