Inverter not going into float

Hi. DYI-er here. I installed a Victron Multiplus Compact 12/2000/80-150 on my vessel to charger two Epoch 300 AH LifePO4 batteries in parallel. After i did the install I had the dealer come out and program the inverter to my new house bank. I charged the batteriesfor the first time but noticed the Digital Multi Control 22/22A GX never went into absorption or float. I turned off the inverter when the batteries reached 100%. Did the dealer (who is out of town at the moment) not set it up properly or could it be something else? How should I start to trouble shoot this? Thanks.

Start by posting the charger settings of the inverter

ok, that will have to wait until next week when the dealer who set it up is back in town, unless there is a way I can do it without having the software installed on a laptop.

Do you have the Epoch batteries that have a comms cable and is the battery connected to your inverter or GX device. If so, the battery BMS may be controlling the inverter charging and it will no longer show absorption or float as it is under external control.

If you download the Victron Toolkit smartphone app you can put in which lights are shown to find their meaning.

Hi, no comms cable to the batteries just power.
