I did the firmware update yesterday evening via VRM portal and it finished with the message “Success”. When I looked today at the display of the wallbox it says “Loading”. I have done the system reboot but it still comes with the same message. Anybody an idea how to fix this?
Hi, the firmware updated is done in 2 steps, first the main board, then the screen. Probably the screen update was interrupted somehow.
Push the firmware again into the device, and wait until the screen is updated as well.
This should fix it.

Same problem after update to v2.0.
I downgraded back to 1.30 and it works again…
I tried upgrade/downgrade/reset to factory settings several times.
I also had that problem.
Sending the firmware again a few times solved the problem.
Download the correct firmware file from Victron Professional and do a manual update via webinterface:

It works because 1.30 can communicate with the software from the screen.
The screen has to be updated so FW 2.0 can communicate with it
Hi Matthias, what do you mean with webinterface? I thought this is VRM. And what is considered to be the correct firmware? I selected CO25. Thanks.

I can confirm, it’s working after the 2nd push
I was not able to push the latest software to the device again and had several error messages. Finally downgrading to the version 1.30 via webinterface worked.

Hi, just restart it and wait for the screen firmware update to finish or send the firmware again, and the same, wait until the screen firmware finishes. If there are issues, please inform me.
thank you for your care. after a long time, after about 15 reinstallations, the display was repaired. I tried it 2-3 times a day
