Hello. I want to connnect Delta PLC, HMI and Venus GX on ethernet. Is it possible, and how?

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 190.8 MiB each and 286.6 MiB total.

If your Delta PLC has ethernet, then you can use Modbus TCP and talk to the GX over Modbus.
PLC can then pass data to the HMI.
