Victron blue solar mppt reads zero on meter and does not work again after connecting Pv cables. What’s the solution?

Possibly a reverse polarity connection.

Were the battery cables the right way around? And pv?

Also what is the measured VOC of the panel strings connected?

PV reads 132v, 3 panels of 330watts, 42 voc, in series. N connected in parallel ( 3x3) everything is connected right.
is there a way to fix this?
