Solar not charging the batteries

Hi I have a 100/30 Victron mppt and a 260v flat solar on the roof. According to the App there has been no charge from the solar to the leisure batteries for the last 23 days? No Idea why?!! I cannot find any fuses between the mppt and the batteries. Baffled. Cheers !

@TonyG44

Has the battery voltage dropped below the re-bulk offset value?

Re-bulk voltage offset

Set the voltage offset that will be used over the float voltage setting that will determine the threshold that the charge cycle will restart.

E.g.: For a Re-bulk voltage offset off 0.1V and a float voltage setting of 13.8 V, the voltage threshold that will be use to restart the charge cycle will be 13.7 V. In other words, if the battery voltage drops below 13.7 V for one minute, the charge cycle will restart.

If the website is correct, the maximum PV for the 100/30 is 100v. If you are putting 260v into it, it may just shut off?

The larger capacity models can go up to around 250v by the looks of it, but they do state "absolute maximum in cold conditions 250v" or something of that nature.

Can you confirm you are definitely putting in 260v from your array?

Cheers,

Gavin

Putting 260V into a 100V MPPT will destroy it. I am hoping he meant to say 260W.
