Multiplus compact 24 2000 50 , smart dongle problem

Hi, trying to connect a ve bus smart dongle with bluetooth to my multiplus 24 2000 50 .

Dongle seems to work fine, but as soon as I connect the two the inverter turns off, inverter has 2 rj45

inlets, tried both. Also tried 2 different cables.
