MultiPlus-II GX - Output "Dip" after battery charge

I have a new MultiPlus-II GX with a Hubble AM-2 5.5kW battery installed for 3 weeks now.
The output of the unit feeds a 3kVA APC UPS loaded at about 1kW.

Every time the battery charging current goes below two(2) amps after the battery was charged or top-up, the output voltage and current drop "Spike" - 97Vac and 0.9A - 230Vac and 3.7A is the normal running values, so low that MY APC UPS has to go onto battery to keep my servers running.
See attached image.

Any idea where we can start to look why the output dips?

I suspect that you have the AES turned on , so please check this and adjust the settings or turn it off

Hi Paul B

Installer confirmed that AES is NOT enabled.

Good day

I have almost the identical setup (only with 2 of the AM-2 5.5kWh units), which is doing the same thing. When loadshedding occurs, system charges over seamlessly, and returns to mains after.

After about 30 min of mains being re-instated, the output voltage of the Multiplus II dips for a couple of seconds.

Did you manage to find the issue on your system?

Regards
