We have a Quattro 12/5000/220 230v that is shutting down on 'Inverter Overload' when connected to shore power using the pass-through function. I was assuming it was from bad shore power, but then I had run it on the Generator and the same problem occurred, however a lot less frequent.
I have updated the Firmware.
please send some screen shots from a GX device showing the loads at the time of shutdown
or if you dont have a gx device then use a MK3 and show the VE configure screen, just before shutdown
We need to know all the input AC loads and the AC output loads at the time of shutdown. inc charger amps and all the settings that have been set with VE configure would also be helpfull.
