generator to Victron quattro help

I have a victron 5000 quattro it has one hot, one neutral. As of now I have a Honda EU3000IS as back up for cloudy days to charge and help power my cabin. I want to upgrade to the EU7000IS, but only way to get full power is to use the plug with the two hot wires and one white going to the Quattro or I could only get 30 amps from the 120 plug. Do you offer a converter or is it possible to put both hot wires into the hot lead on the Quattro? Please help I am a little under powered when I have cloudy days and the EU7000IS would be a perfect backup if it would work with the Victron Quattro 48 volt unit.

Is your quattro 230V or 115V?

From the generator manual

If the switch is set on 120V only, all outputs are in parallel.

The limitation is in the generator: the 4-pin receptacle has a 30 amp breaker and only one half of that receptacle is active in the 120 volt mode. The "B" hot leg has no voltage on it in this mode.

You would need to run the generator in 240 volt mode then install a transformer to convert the 240 volt generator output to 120 volts.

Victron offers both autotransformers and isolation transformers. Either one would probably meet your needs.

https://www.victronenergy.com/isolation-transformers/isolation-transformers-2000va-3600va-7000va

The autotransformer is slightly less expensive. The isolation transformer provides automatic input voltage switching and complete input/output isolation which you may not need.

You'd need the 100 amp version of the autotransformer and the 7000 VA version of the isolation transformer.
