Current flow / bias with the argo battery combiner

So I planning to use the Battery combiner to guarantee the supply to the Vhf and and some other essential bits of equipment.

Can someone confirm my logic that the current will flow from whichever battery bank has the higher voltage?

So in other words the power will flow from the battery bank being charged via the alternators but not the battery that's in standby service.

The Argo is a diode combiner so current will flow from the higher voltage source. If they are somewhat close it will pull some current from both.
