Backup default firmware Multiplus 24/3000/70-16 FW2612154

How can i backup the original factory installed firmware (2612154) of a Multiplus 24/3000/70-16 before i do the update with the latest firmware (2612433).

I want to do this because if i have problems with newer firmware i could go back to the factory/default firmware.

I see no way of doing this with VEC3(updated) and VEflash seems only to update new firmware.

The oldest firmware i see in the firmwaretabel at https://professional.victronenergy.com/downloads/firmware is 2612159

Download a copy from the victron web site I think they keep all old version there as well as the latest..

otherwise I dont know of a way you can back it up

Thnx Paul. I just called a Victron technician and was told it isn't possible. And no not all old versions are kept. The oldest i can get is 159 Non-Assistent Firmware.
