Low current draw from genset

Hi, my genset is only putting 3.4kw into the system when it is capable of more than double that. What is limiting the power input?

Your input current limit may be set around 16A.

Or weak ac is checked?

Do you have a Multi or a Quattro? And a gx device?

no problem, it is most like the input current limit set ac2 input
