Orion DC-DC Converters Non-isolated, High power vs Orion IP67

I'd like to run 12V loads in a motorhome from a 24V battery bank, and the loads should not exceed 70A. Hence I could use an Orion IP67 24/12-100, or an Orion 24/12-70 (Non-isolated, High power)... Which should I choose, and why? (Basically, how are they different?)
Thanks!

The 70A has an adjustable output voltage where tge 100A has a fixed 12V, as far as I know. I am using the 70A to charge a battery where the output voltage has to be higher then the batteries voltage to allow current to flow. So I guess when just running appliances you should be fine with the 100A fixed 12V
