SmartSolar 100/20 max load connected

What is max load man can connect on SmartSolar 100/15 or 100/20.
Plan to connect heater on load connectors and wonder what max power can go through it?

Current is in datasheets, but I could not find what voltage we have on load connectors. Does it depend on the battery?

There is only charge voltage but not load voltage on the datasheet.

Strange also that load current is only 1A with 48V battery, but 20A with 24V

Voltage at load connections = battery voltage.

I'm not sure why but it is a hardware limitation that you con only use 1A in a 48V system.
