MultiPlus-II ESS/Grid Code Compliant in USA?

I noticed some new models of the MultiPlus-II were released seemingly targeted at the North American and similar markets where we use this horrid 120v single-phase electric.. Are these new units certified such that they can (legally) be installed grid-facing, say for use with ESS?

Currently there is not Grid setting for USA - I did see your comments on the linked article.
