Multiplus-II 48/10000 instead of Quattro 48/10000 -- lower idle power

After concerns about high zero-power consumption with the Quattro 48/10000 (up to 100W reported compared to 60W in datasheet) I see there is a new Multiplus-II 48/10000 announced which claims 38W. Let's hope the data sheet is accurate this time, then I can stop having to consider a second low-power inverter for when high-power loads aren't connected... ;-)

But with the new Multi-plus II 10000 model, the documentation indicates you lose the ability to parallel units on the same phase. A red-line issue for me.

Phil as far as I am aware you can still parallel Multiplus II units of the same model. you cant however parallel a Multiplus II with a Multiplus unit

basically the Quattro has 2 inputs the Multiplus II has one. plus other differences as per spec sheets

well well thats very interesting as I was not aware of that,

So it looks like the multiplus units only is the way to go and not the multiplus II for those size units,

strange that Victron is not supporting this in those units .

Thanks for the reply
