BMV 712 constantly reads about 23 amps but stays at 100% SOC and has 0 consumed AH

The reading on the 712 is not consistent with measured amps at the shunt connections. Have double checked that the shunt is installed before all loads but the current reading stays around 23-24 amps even when big alternator and solar are both producing lots of current, SOC stays at 100% and consumed AH is 0. Have double checked the UTP cable is well connected at both ends. This is on a Lithium bank of 3 relion 300ah batteries. Anything else to help troubleshoot?

On the second screenshot you have a positive current going into the battery (charging).
The SOC only goes down if you have a negative current going out of the battery.

This looks the same even when the battery has no charge sources. Did a full reset with the disconnecting the utp cable and it is now showing some different information. Will report back if this was a fix.

What happens if you disconnect the load/charger negative from the shunt?
