24v system dropping to 12v unexpectedly

screenshot-20210524-130841.jpgscreenshot-20210524-130832.jpgscreenshot-20210524-130817.jpgI have 2 x 200ah batteries set up as 24v, with a Victron Multiplus-II 24/3000/70-32 230v inverter charger with mppt 100/50 smart solar charger and 5 x 250w panels.

Everything has been working fine, reading battery voltages between 25v to 28v and the solar just topping up what was needed.

18 days ago the battery voltages started reading 12v to 28v, what has changed?

The vehicle has been sitting in the sun and nothing has changed except for the readings.

Thanks Sam

It may be if they are BMS controlled that one battery is switching off.

Make sure your mppts are not on auto detect on your voltage selection. that way of there is an issue it will still be seen as a 24volt system by the mppts.
