Min amps required at 110v

I have a Centaur 12/40.

I have a Honda 2200i and want to run my water maker and charge the house batteries at the same time. The water maker uses 6 amps of the 18.3 available,

That leaves 12 amps at 110v

What is the min amps I can input to charge with this unit with out damaging the unit or batteries?

Your charger produces 480 watts of power at max output

So at 110 thats 4.36 amps at max output, but there will be losses involved you should see the correct amps on the spec sheet for the charger otherwise guess at around 5 to 7 amps

seems like you will have spare power avalable based on the 12 amps available
