MPPT 100/30 not charging

I have a MPPT solar 100/30 controller with 100aH battery and new 120 watt panel. My battery is discharged by 15% and we have some sun but the controller is not charging. Green led is on. The app is showing solar voltage but no watts and no charge current

Pictures below of the setup

Hi @Motorhomer,

looks like your battery is fully charged (13.8V floating). Make sure you synchronise your battery monitor to show 100%.

I did sync it when I was fully charged on EHU. I am now on the road and the B2B victron Orion is showing a charge into the battery. The battery is defenetly not fully charged we have been away off grid for two days with a compressor fridge running both days and in all that time the solar control has never turned on. Something is wrong as we have a low battery

Your MPPT charger settings are showing that you have set float voltage to 13.84V and your screenshot is showing a battery voltage of like 13.83V and charge state as Float. So your charger is doing exactly what you have told him to do, which is keep voltage at 13.84V. Unless your battery voltage does not drop significantly, the charger won't push anymore amps into the battery.

To see if your MPPT is working correctly, you can raise the float voltage to something like 14.00V and see if you get some power into the battery.

What leads you to the assumption that the battery is low?

OP should check the fuse/circuit breaker between the mppt and battery.
