DC in Quattro, no AC Out

Have a boatbuilder who is installing a Qauttro 5000/12V he has fully charged battery going in but is suggesting no AC out, can you suggest some checks.

Is the inverter switched on using the front rocker?

Seemed like a silly suggestion, I know and didn't mean any offense. But I have been called onto a site for something like that.

If it is connected to batteries and AC in, switched into charge position, does the ac pass through the system to the AC out?

Not at all,thanks for the addtional comment, we are in covid lockdown so onsite review not possible, I just feel the builder has installed enough before it has to be something overlooked, just can`t find.... thanks for you efforts.

Also check to make sure the loads are connected to AC Out 1.

AC Out 2 is not active if AC input is not present.
