Load output remains live on SmartSolar MPPT 75/15 even when showing as off in app

Have an issue with the SmartSolar MPPT 75/15 where the load turns off in the controller for low voltage battery protection but... still remains live.

The issue occurs regardless of operation mode. Even when switching to Always Off, the load doesn't actually get disconnected. So it doesn't seem to be an issue with the algorithm, rather the actual functionality of disabling the output.

When switched to Always Off, or when using one of the other modes like Conv. Algorithm 2 and a low charge battery, the app will show the state as off, current 0.0A and Power as 0W, but the outputs are still physically live and consuming power.

Even tested by removing the load wires and checking the terminals directly with a multimeter to ensure it wasn't some weird wiring mistake downstream on the load.

It's like the controller is turning off the load metrics but not actually doing the work of disconnecting the power.

Firmware version 1.56

Operation mode: Conv. Algorithm 2 (also tried Aways Off).

RX Port function: Load output configuration

TX Port function: Normal Communication

Streetlight function: Disabled

Jumper select: Removed

I only have the one so can't do a comparison with another unit to see if it's a hardware issue. Hoping it's some weird misconfiguration or a firmware bug. Anyone have any ideas?
