I have a MultiPlus 12/2000 installed and was working fine until there was a short in the shore power. the outlet was repaired but now the red led is on all the time and no charging from the inverter. the battery voltage is 13.5 at the inverter and with no shore power connected still have the red light. how do i clear the error? if only on the battery bank and voltage is good why does the light not turn off? is there a way to reset this? I also have the Color Control GX and the reset there does not seem to do anything.
