My MultiPlus 12/1200 will not charge or invert.

Hello.... My multiplus 12/2000 will not operate in charger mode and won't switch on and provide 240v.....all That happens is a big click...... And no power... Any answers??

I pulled out the shore power lead and plugged it back in again without turning off the unit!!!!????

Suspicion falls on the battery here without knowing more about the system.

The click is the ac relay connecting or disconnecting.
