I’ve fitted a new 130w solar panel and a Victron 75/15 Bluetooth solar controller. In the Victron connect app I’m using factory default which is: Gel Victron Deep Discharge (2) my battery is a lead acid soon to be replaced with an EFB but confusingly I see no option for lead acid? What do I do?

your lead acid battery most likely will cope just fine with the the Gel Victron Deep Discharge profile.
But in case you want settings in accordance with the data sheet of your battery, you easily can set them to whatever you prefer by creating a custom profile.
It's described in the VictronConnect Manual for MPPT Solar Charge Controllers.
