Multiplus quattro remains in passthrough after installation assistant

Hoi,

The problem is as soon as I install an assistant on my Multiplus quattro via VRM, he immediately switches to passthrough modes,

As soon as I remove the assistant it works normally again, but I can't use ESS

When I log in directly to the laptop connected via the victron mk3 with VEConfig or with victron connect, he sees the quarttro

immediately but when I log in via Venus os he does not see the quattro.


This system has been running without problems for over a year.


Have already updated the firmware of the multiplus and the Venus os (raspberry).

Hi, you mean the ESS Assistant, right?


then please check the ESS manual.

Even een update, het probleem zat in de mk3-USB interface ik had nog het oude model met een losse usb kabel, er lijken veel problemen mee te zijn, ik heb hem nu voor het nieuwe model vervangen met een vaste usb kabel en zo werkt weer perfect.

en excuses dat dit zo’n vaag probleem gaf!


Passthrough in ESS is normaal gesproken heel duidelijk met een reden en die staan uitgebreid in de ESS manual toegelicht.
