Running dots on vertical connections lines not aligned after switching RPI CCGX to high resolution

Hi guys,

Could someone have knowledge on how to realign the running dots with the connection lines (power line representation on GUI interface) ?

Here is a picture with the problem encountered after switching my RPI from standard resolution to 800x480
