Multiplus changing from charger to inverter mode when batteries at 99%

Hallo you all, I've installed (professional installer) a multiplus into my motorhome.
It works perfectly but when it is connected to 220V it makes some problems as shown in the video attached.
This happens every 60 seconds when batteries are 99%.
All parts are brand new and the batteries are also new.
Thanks for your help, noone knows why....

May be best to have a chat with your installer and he will sort it out for you
