I have the Bp 100 and currently have agm batteries and the setting is 3A.
‘I will be getting a lithionics lithium battery that has internal BMS, should I just leave the setting or switch it to the lithium mode. I don’t have a remote.

a battery monitor does not have a AGM or lithium mode or any other battery mode for that matter.
If it works currently then it will work fin with the lithiums, your battery capacity and pheukets law settings will need adjusting though to suit the new battery size/capacity
