Multiplus installer / programmer in Central California

I’ll take the blame, and say I’m not good at fine print. Just now finding out my multiplus compact 12v 24v 2000va needs programming (MK-30 USB). I need to quit messing around with this myself and get this done. I am in the 93277 ZIP Code. Looking for installer/programmer in my area

If you don't find anyone locally to help, I can walk you through the steps. I figured it out for my system.

Please describe the rest of your system so we can better assist you.

Where will the Multi is used: on-grid/off-grid/mobile/marine?
Any solar?
If so, what charge controllers?
Batteries?
Generator?
Venus device (CCGX, Cerbo GX, etc)?
Battery monitor?
Other bits/piecies?

Can the seller help?

Simple programming can be done with the DIP switches if absolutely necessary. I don't recommend this as there isn't a way to check your work. Programming via VictronConnect on MacOS or Windows is much easier. Advanced programming would require VeConfig (Windows only).

An MK3 USB is needed for programming. It's about $70 on Amazon. A programmer would probably charge more than that.
