Does the MultiPlus Compact 12/2000/80 have an ATS?

Hi. I'm waiting to receive my Victron delivery and what I'm not sure if the MultiPlus Compact 12/2000/80 have an automatic transfer switch inside it, and does it energize the DC system automatically and charges my house batteries, as well as passes through the AC power to my AC outlets, when connected to shore power?

Yes every MultiPlus have that feature since more than 20 years.
