we are using 2pcs BS MPPT 100/15. Since 2W ago the production goes really down. Its placed on Bahamas and the weather is really good here. Can you help? I control the Voltage, current, cells is quit fine (Uoc=90V, Ics=9,5A)
(that day 13. dec., system was connected to grid and charging from grid) 
Heat causes derating. Panels may be hot or the mppt?
You say you were connected to the grid you also have more to your system then, are you able to share more details about your setup?

If you disconnect from the grid do the mppts wake up and do any work?
There may be a setting that needs to change.
My panels get up 50°sometimes higher in ambient temps of 25° so panel temp has nothing to do with ambient temps. Mppts can get over 55° when they are working hard as well.
We have our one 75/15 on a aluminum heat sink because it get very hot when it is working in midday.

Perhaps you could share your solar yield/energy consumption plot, eg....
sugest you get a victron bluetooth dongle and connect it to the BS units VE direct port and then using victron connect app, have a look at the history of the unit as it will show you the High and the low voltage of every day for the last 30 days. this may then give you a better idea.
