I have a Multiplus 12/2000/80 and a venus connected. Baterry sise is aboth 900 amp. What is the best for the multiplus in the winter time.

The answer to your question is more only one you can answer. Is it an idle site, meaning no one is there and using the system? In that case off is better tomprevwnt accidental discharge.
Do you have a way to protect your batteries from the cold and charging then in these conditions? That's is the only other consideration.
