Not seeing my Charge controller in the color control.

I replace my smartsolar charge controller. But I no longer see it on the color control. It's using a VE direct cable connection. Charge controller is working well

I recently had same issue. Disconnected power cable (resetting) and it worked. But still once in a while it gets invisible..
