Just purchased a Victron Multiplus and Cerbo Gx to upgrade my caravan solar system. I have them all connected and online on my VRM and I can’t get any AC to go into the Multiplus. I have 230v at the AC input plug but my Multiplus won’t switch to charge or pass through it’s just staying in Inverter mode permanently but I can hear a relay clicking inside but nothing is changing over. I have tried remote configuration and my charger is enabled etc so at a lost end.
If there is clicking it maybe that it does not like the 'flavor' of power it is connected to.
Not sure if you have a grid code set up? If you don't then UPS function may be the culprit. if not then the incoming ac is not a good connection with too much impedance or is just out of range of the programming.
You can check the voltage range allowed as well from your remote file. Then compare it to what your connection is actually reading on the GX under the device list - multiplus - AC In L1
Checked the above settings etc still no joy. These are the settings I have at the moment.
