hi,
i have a setup with 3 quattro 48 10k connected in a three phase mode with PV connected on AC OUT. All seems ok except for UPS function which does not seem to work when switching on and off from grid; basically all load gets disconnected for less than a second. Load on the quattro's is less than 50%.
If i switch to single Quattro and monophasic, UPS function works ok.
any suggestion's?
With the information you write here no one can give you an answer as it is not clear under what circumstances this happens.
what is ve.bus state if it happens? how are the units configured? (assistants?)
normally it should just work as you expect, even without the UPS setting it should switch to inverting very fast.
system is configured via assistants, there are no anomalies that i can see, no power fluctuations, no voltage fluctuations, no usage spike; ive actually did the test with just a light bulb connected and system behaved the same, disconnects the power for a second.

No, what assistants, what are the settings, etc,etc....
this was solved, issue was null separation which was faulty on one of the phases; this was not showing on single quattro setup. fyi @Daniël Boekel (Victron Energy Staff)
