Cannot connect anymore to smart solar mppt 100/15 firmware 1.54

Hello


I connected with my cel phone to myto smart solar mppt 100/15 with fw 1.54.

After freezing connection I tried to connect with other one. Nor new one nor old one can connect again.

The charger shows the device greyed out. I have diasabled bluetooth etc rebooted cell phones.

No chance. This happens since about 2 week.

Impossible to connect.

What is the right way do solve the problem?

Do I have to disconect all power so device shuts off?

Is there no other solution?

This never happened with older fw...

Yes try disconnecting all power to the Smartsolar reg inc the solar connections wait 5 min , then reconnect the power, battery first then solar

then see if the bluetooth will connect again.

NOTE you can ONLY connect one phone device at a time , so if another device is connected then you will not be able to connect untill that other device has disconnected
