What is part "K" Included with Multiplus Inverter/Charger? (Photo in Body)

I received an inverter-charger from Inverters-R-Us which they failed to inform me it was previously returned and is missing part "K", but I don't know what it is. It looks like a slow burn fuse or other type of fuse. 20201126-120049.jpg
