I have the above model. it is the old chip . it is running firmware 1933209. but it shows as a 12/5000/220 2 x 75 . and that is the only firmware I can find in the downloads . is this correct or is there another version somewhere that I can't find. any help would be appreciated . Regards Rob

If you look at the sticker atop the processor itself (visible on the main control board when you have the unit's faceplate off), confirm that the first 4 digits of the number are 1933? If so, then you're correct that 1933209 is the most recent FW available for the device.
You can only install the correct firmware and 209 is the latest version for the old processor.
It seems there is a discrepancy at some point.
Can you make a screenshot of VE.config connected to the Quattro?
it is running the firmware as described. but if you look at the choice of firmware in the download section there is none listed for 12/5000/220 2*100 240vac .... it only shows 2*75 ...... does anyone know why

what do you need to see in the screen shot please.
why does it say it is for 2 x 75 relays and not 2 x100 relays
and I cant find any firmware in the download area for the 2 x 100 version
Connect to the Quattro with VE.config and then go to "Target" -> "Show software version".

I guess it is just a typo somewhere and you can ignore it.
As I wrote above, you can only install the correct firmware and 209 is the latest for your device.
I just looked through some old price lists (2010) and never saw a Quttro 12/5000/220-75/75 they all had 2x100A.
